Firestick usually requires the Downloader app to install compatible IPTV applications.

Open Fire TV Settings

From your Firestick home screen, select the Settings icon.

Go to My Fire TV or Device & Software, depending on your model.

Enable Developer Options

Open Developer Options and allow installation from unknown sources for the Downloader app.

Can't see Developer Options? Open Settings → My Fire TV → About, highlight your device name and press the centre/OK button repeatedly until Developer Options are enabled.

Install Downloader

Return to the Fire TV home screen, select Search, type Downloader, then install Downloader by AFTVnews.

Install your IPTV player

Open Downloader and enter the official download address supplied for your IPTV player.

Download the APK, select Install, then open the application.

Security tip: Only install APK files from the application's official website or another source you trust.

Enter your IPTV login details

Open your IPTV player and select Xtream Codes or Login with Xtream Codes API.

Select Add User or Login and allow a moment for the app to load.

Open Google Play Store

Open Google Play on your device and search for a compatible IPTV player.

If the application is available, install it directly from Google Play.

Install Downloader if required

If your preferred IPTV application is not available in Google Play, search for Downloader by AFTVnews.

Your Android device may ask you to allow Downloader to install external applications.

Login using Xtream Codes

Select Xtream Codes API and enter the username, password and server URL supplied with your subscription.

Open Apps on your Samsung TV.
Select Search.
Search for a compatible IPTV player.
Install and open the application.
If supported, select Xtream Codes API.
Enter your server URL, username and password.
Save the account and wait for the content to load.

Open the LG Content Store.
Search for a compatible IPTV player.
Install and open the application.
Login with Xtream Codes or use the activation method supported by the app.
Refresh or restart the player if required.

Direct-login applications

Some Smart TV IPTV players allow you to enter your username, password and server URL directly on the television.

Website-activation applications

Some applications display a MAC Address or Device ID on the TV.

Visit the application's official activation website, enter the device information and add your playlist details.

After activation, close and reopen the Smart TV app or use its refresh option.

Enter your subscription details

For compatible direct-login players, select Xtream Codes API and enter your supplied credentials.

Wait for everything to load

The first login may take a little longer while the application loads your categories and programme information.

Open the Apple App Store

Search for a compatible IPTV player that supports your subscription format.

Install and open the app

Tap Get or the download button and wait for the application to install.

Add your IPTV account

If the application supports Xtream Codes, enter your username, password and server URL.

If the application uses another activation method, follow the instructions shown inside the app.

Find your MAG MAC address

Check the label on your MAG device or the device information displayed when the box starts.

Example format 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX

Important: Never post your device MAC address publicly. Send it only through the official support channel.

Send the MAC address for activation

Provide your MAG MAC address to our support team. Once your device has been authorised, you'll receive the portal details required for the next step.

Enter the portal URL

Using your MAG remote, go to:

Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals

Enter the supplied address into Portal 1 URL and save your settings.

Restart your MAG device

Restart the device after saving the portal. It should reconnect and load the configured interface.

Your device should now connect to the configured portal.

Home Internet Issue

If the service works on mobile data but not home Wi-Fi, the issue may be related to your router, DNS or ISP settings.
